Device — any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cell phone or digital tablet.

You — the individual or legal entity accessing the Service.

Governing law, disputes & users

Ghana law governs these terms. Users must attempt informal resolution before formal proceedings. Mandatory consumer protections apply to EU users, and US users confirm non-embargo status and non-listing on restricted parties lists.

Severability, waiver & translation

Invalid provisions remain severable; non-enforcement does not waive future rights. In case of a dispute, the original English text shall prevail.

Changes to these terms

The Company may modify these terms with 30 days’ notice for material changes.
